    brushes, and certain styling tools, are non-returnable unless they are in their original, unopened
    packaging.
    Opened Beauty and Personal Care Items: Opened beauty and personal care items, including
    hair dyes and styling products, are non-returnable due to health and safety regulations.

    Timeframe for Returns:
    Please initiate any return requests within 9 business days of receiving your order. Returns
    requested after this timeframe may not be accepted. (please contact the seller before starting a
    return process)

    Condition of Items:
    Returned items must be in their original condition, unopened, and with all packaging intact.
    Items showing signs of use or damage may not be eligible for return except if it was received
